GROW Comm was founded in January 2021 by Jacob Godar, an expert at systematizing and scaling service companies from the ground up.

He started a part-time lawn & landscape company in 2014 with nothing but a used mower, blower, and a trimmer he had found on the side of the road. By 2019, his Illinois-based venture was an award-winning, seven-figure company. 

In 2021, his thriving company was successfully operating without him - so he relocated to southwest Florida with his wife and three kids to launch a second location (once again from the ground up). Within three months, his Cape Coral, Florida, landscaping location was consistently producing at least $50,000 in monthly revenue, with continual growth each month - and hit its first $100,000 month in the first year.

Jacob first launched GROW Comm because he saw the desperate need. Long before he became a business coach, his text and email inboxes were constantly full of other business owners reaching out. They could see what he was building and wanted to know how he was doing it. He spent hours of time each week after work taking calls and replying to messages. Jacob knew there had to be a better, more organized and value-packed way to serve - one that would not steal time from his family. 

With the Chief Marketing Officer of his multi-million dollar landscaping company - and wife - at his side, Jacob launched GROW Comm: a place to formally share the systems and strategies that he attributes to his ever-growing success in life, love, and business. Motivated by the life-changing F4 Framework - Jacob's twist on a traditional philosophy - he coaches members in strategies to win big in all major sectors of life. This style of coaching pushes members out of their comfort zones, calls them on the excuses that hold them back, and lays out the steps to start confidently leading the charge to a better, fuller, more successful life for themselves and those around them.
